Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Tracking included

2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Tracking included

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International shipments may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Important: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Inflatable Kites (once inflated)
  • Pumps (if used)
  • Customized items from our Build A Bar Workshop

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Email our customer support team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body:
    • Your full name and contact number
    • Product name and reason for return/exchange
    • For exchanges: desired replacement product and size/color if applicable

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address: BarCraft Store, 604 Maple Avenue, Stockton, US 95204

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely with:

  • All original packaging
  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • RMA number clearly visible

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • For returns: We’ll process your refund
  • For exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your financial institution)
  • Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error

International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare with our quality control, but it happens), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
