Ride with Confidence – Our Hassle-Free Return Process

At BarCraft Store, we stand behind our premium kiteboarding gear with the same confidence you have when riding with our high-performance equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Important Note:

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Inflatable Kites (once inflated)
  • Pumps (if used)
  • Customized items from our Build A Bar Workshop

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Email our customer support team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear BarCraft Crew, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order #[Your Order Number]. Item(s) for return/exchange: – Product Name: – Reason: For exchanges, please specify: – Desired replacement product: – Size/color (if applicable): Please advise next steps. Best regards, [Your Full Name] [Your Contact Number]

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our crew will email you:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (BarCraft Store, 604 Maple Avenue, Stockton, US 95204)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely with all original packaging and include:

  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • RMA number clearly visible

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • For returns: We’ll process your refund
  • For exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your financial institution)
  • Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Note: International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare with our quality control, but it happens), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
