Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally with a few exceptions. Currently, we’re unable to ship to select Asian countries and some remote areas due to customs restrictions. If you’re unsure about your location, email us at [email protected].
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Express Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after shipping)
- Free Economy Shipping – via EMS for orders $50+ (15-25 days after shipping)
How do you protect my gear during shipping?
We use specialized packaging designed specifically for kiteboarding equipment. Foil boards and delicate components receive extra protection with custom padding and reinforced boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact our support team to initiate returns. Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my gear arrives damaged?
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if your gear arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering return shipping costs.
